Appointment Policy:

Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time to avoid inconveniencing subsequent clients.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy:

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice may be subject to a no-show fee and may be required to prepay for future services.

Pricing and Payment:

Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment as specified by the salon.

Refund Policy:

All sales are final. Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of the salon management. If dissatisfied with the service, clients are encouraged to contact the salon within 48 hours for resolution.
